The super power of our 3D Designers is an explosive mixture of endless creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking .They know how to manage their own work flow and contact with stakeholders. Their guild is Revolut Performance Studio, which keeps an eye on marketing projects across our products and channels.

As a Senior 3D Designer in the Performance Studio, you'll be responsible for creating performance marketing visuals for existing & upcoming Revolut products. You'll work closely with our Growth marketing teams and our Visual Designers to produce creative assets for our growth channels.

The main focus will be on paid channels, creating ads and on performance marketing but projects for other growth channels can also occur. Paid channels that we use to acquire new customers and engage existing ones are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads and others. Other growth channels might be affiliate marketing, partnerships and App Store Optimisation

• Building and pushing visual quality and creativity both on static and animated 3D assets for mainly performance marketing ads but also for other growth channels potentially
• Collaborating with visual designers and our Growth marketing teams
• Gathering references, create moodboards, scamps, storyboards and animatics to communicate ideas to stakeholders
• Managing/mentoring junior-mid level Designers
• Creating visualisations of our physical products for performance ads and other growth assets
• Working in small teams which require different skill sets
• Working across multiple project deadlines
• Contributing to our design processes and improve scalability
• Contributing to setting guidelines, ways of working etc for other 3D/designers

• 5+ years experience as a 3D designer
• A portfolio and/or reel highlighting your best work
• Ability to move fast and deliver high quality output
• An exceptional eye for detail and quality
• Strong experience creating and animating 3D assets using Cinema 4D

Nice to have

• Design or technical degree
• Experience working with performance marketing and producing creatives for digital paid ads: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google App Campaigns
• Experience at a tech company, start-up, and/or creative agency
• Experience with Figma

Compensation range

• Lithuania: €2,600 - €3,900 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
